Senior Alert Scheme

What Is It?

Its purpose is to enable older persons of limited means to continue to live securely in their homes with confidence, independence and peace of mind by providing them with a free personal monitored alarm. 

Who is eligible to apply for the alarm?

  • He/She over 65 years

  • Of limited means or resources

  • Living alone, living with another person that meets the eligibility criteria, living alone for significant periods of time during the day

  • Resides within the geographical area of the relevant registered

  • Able to benefit from the equipment supplied

  • Prepared to maintain contact with the registered organisation.
